Childhood: Roots and Creativity
I was born on October 7, 2006. My early years were marked by a diagnosis of bronchial asthma, but neither I nor my family let that slow us down. In fact, I was one of the most active kids in the neighborhood. My childhood was defined by a drive to create—whether I was building intricate worlds with Lego, sculpting with clay, or designing digital landscapes in Minecraft. I have always been drawn to bringing new ideas to life. This period was also filled with travel; exploring places like Crimea and Sochi with my family broadened my horizons, though Donetsk always remained the city closest to my heart. From my first day of school, I showed a natural hunger for knowledge. Raised with the mindset that 'if I need to know it, I will learn it,' I developed a profound academic drive that has stayed with me ever since.
Academic Foundations & Discipline
By the first grade, my aptitude for mathematics and the exact sciences was already evident. Challenges never felt like obstacles because I had the intellectual support of my parents and my older brother, who could always help me navigate complex topics. Around this time, I took up Aikido. My coach nicknamed me 'Zhivchik' (the energetic one) because I would often stay through both the junior and senior training sessions, still leaving with boundless energy. This discipline translated into my studies. When mathematics split into Algebra and Geometry in the fifth grade, I was fascinated. I began to view every complex problem as a puzzle to be solved—a challenge that fueled my passion for overcoming intellectual hurdles. I also found myself deeply drawn to Physics and Biology, subjects that felt intuitive and gave me a clearer understanding of the world around me.
The Move: A New Chapter in Canada
My journey to Canada was as long as it was unexpected. In 2022, after navigating a difficult period in Donetsk, my family and I spent six months in Georgia while waiting for our Canadian visas. Arriving in Canada was a transformative experience. I still remember my first few months—the struggle of not being able to perform simple tasks, like ordering a cup of coffee, because of the language barrier. However, my time in a Canadian high school changed everything. I vividly recall my first Science class where, despite my limited English, the teacher’s passion for Chemistry sparked a genuine interest in me. Within months, I had made local friends and gained the confidence to navigate life in English. Transitioning to a new country and a new language was a challenge, but it ignited a fire in me to adapt quickly and communicate without limits.
Experience
Currently, my GitHub portfolio features two completed projects:
Simple-Crypto and
Telegram-Smart-Bot,
both developed using Python. I am also actively expanding my technical stack through a Full Stack Python/React Developer course.
My current toolkit includes Docker, PostgreSQL, and frontend development with HTML & CSS.
In fact, this entire website was designed and engineered solely by me from the ground up.
For me, this is only the beginning. I am driven by a desire to dive deeper into low-level programming and complex systems.
My next goals are to master C++ and Ruby, which I plan to use for a highly ambitious upcoming project.
I am constantly looking for ways to push my boundaries and turn complex ideas into functional code.
